I celebrated my 24th birthday at the Gateway Mall, the newly-opened high-end mall right in the heart of Cubao. I reserved a spot in The Oasis, a lush tropical garden managed by Pizza Hut Bistro but it rained that day so we opted for a spot inside the mall but still overlooking the circular garden.
Several people were unable to make it since June 19 was also Father's Day so I was really glad that my High School friends and College bloackmates were able to attend. It was fun catching up with everyone's lives and taking wacky pictures with the murals just behind us.
I have so much to be grateful for this 2005 and the people who have been part of my 24 years of existence are a big part of it.
